WS Beef Short Rib

A popular cut of beef taken from various areas of the cow, including the brisket, chuck, plate, or rib sections. They are characterized by a short portion of the rib bone surrounded by a significant amount of flavorful, marbled meat.

Our powerful proteins come from regenerative ranches where cattle are 100% grass raised, and grass finished. They eat only diverse grasses and forage their entire lives, meaning they are corn-free, soy-free, and never receive grain, antibiotics, or hormones. This regeneratively raised method results in a significantly more flavorful and nutrient-dense cut than conventional beef.
