PRICING

All products start at our retail pricing. For Culinary products, a 20% discount will apply to any individual Culinary item when you purchase 6 or more of that item. For all other products, you will receive a 20% discount once your total order reaches $150 or more. Delivery fee is waived once your order reaches $250.

ORDER WINDOW

Our harvest days are Mondays and Fridays, and our distribution days are Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you place your order by Sunday 9 pm then you will have the option of a Tuesday or Saturday delivery the following week. If you place your order by Thursday 9 pm, you will have the option of a Friday (next day) or Tuesday (following week) delivery/pickup. You will select at check out whether you want a Tuesday pickup/delivery or a Saturday pickup/delivery. 

PICKUP UP

 Buyers are able to pick up orders from Paradise Farms on Tuesdays between 12 and 4 pm. Use 19801 SW 318th Street as the pick up address, press the bell symbol at the keypad located at the gate and we will let you in. Drive down the gravel road and take a left when you see a gravel parking lot with a small white building next to a white shipping container. This is where you will pick up your produce. Call the farm manager, Brendan Sutton, upon arrival at 305-401-2980. Buyers are able to pick up orders from Legion Park Farmers Market on Saturdays between 9 am and 1:30 pm. The address is 6601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33138.

DELIVERY

 Paradise Farms delivery days are set for Tuesday between 1 and 5 pm and Saturday between 9 and 1 pm. For orders under $250, there is a $30 delivery charge for buyers located in Miami-Dade and $50 delivery charge for buyers located in Broward. Paradise Farms bears the risk of loss during delivery. A purchase order will be given to Buyer upon delivery and a second copy will be signed and returned to Paradise Farms. 

PAYMENT

Buyer will pay at time of ordering via Paradise Farm’s Online Store. Under circumstances where a special order is required, Buyer agrees to remit payment within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Credit card or ACH accepted (no cash). If Buyer does not remit payment within 7 days, Buyer agrees that Paradise Farms may apply a 2% late fee. If Buyer does not promptly pay two or more invoices due as part of this agreement, Paradise Farms retains the right to cancel the agreement without penalty. 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations from the buyer must be made by 8 am the day before your scheduled delivery/pick up. Please email colleen@paradisefarms.com to submit any changes. If you need to change or cancel your order after 8 am the day before delivery, we may not be able to make the change. If the change is crucial, a convenience fee of 5% may be added to the order. The product availability is an estimate, only. Actual availability may change. Although we are confident in our estimate, if a change is unavoidable, we will let you know as soon as possible and process any refunds needed. 

QUALITY ISSUES

 Buyer agrees to inspect product within one hour of delivery and to notify Paradise Farms within two hours of delivery if the product does not meet this agreement for variety or quality. Buyer and Paradise Farms agree to mutually work towards prompt resolution of any disagreement over product variety or quality.
