Microgreens, Brassica Blend (clam)

Our Brassica Blend micro mix consists of cabbage, broccoli and kale microgreens. They are all in the Brassica family, and these microgreens pack a powerful nutritional punch, with vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as B vitamins like thiamin, niacin, and folate. They are also rich in calcium, iron, potassium, and manganese.

Our microgreens are sold in 2 oz. clamshells.
