We grow a variety of purple and green varieties of asian eggplant. These eggplants are long with a small diameter, making them perfect for grilling, frying, or incorporating into stews and casseroles. The inner flesh is cotton white, semi-firm, and nearly seedless. Its slender form and delightful taste make it a preferred choice for those seeking a milder eggplant flavor with a touch of sweetness.  

Our asian eggplant is sold by the pound, typically 2 to 4 eggplants depending on size.
